Documents & Templates is the category for paperwork you send to other people: a CV to an employer, an invoice to a client, a letter to a company, or a pay estimate you make for your own planning. Each tool in this category is built around the same question — can the reader trust what this document says, and can they read it without effort? The tools answer that question with structure, not decoration. A CV tool sorts experience most recent first and keeps dates aligned. An invoice tool prints every formula beside its totals, so an accountant can verify the arithmetic in a glance. A letter tool refuses to let a half-finished letter look finished, marking every blank field in brackets until it is filled. A pay calculator labels itself an estimate on every output, because a browser tool that pretended to be a payslip would be a forgery aid, not a calculator. Everything in this category runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server, stored in an account, or logged — except drafts, and only when you opt in, in which case the draft lives in your own browser under a key the tool page names, with a visible Clear button. That privacy rule shapes the tools in practical ways: there is no cloud copy to recover if you clear a draft, no team workspace, and no sending a document from the tool itself. You download a file and send it through your own email or messaging, which is also why the downloads are built to a real standard — A4 pages with exact millimetre margins, vector text you can select and search, and a PNG option at 300 dots per inch for messaging apps that handle images better than attachments. Honesty is treated as a feature here, not as small print. The CV tool formats only what you enter and invents nothing; it makes no promise about hiring, and its layout is Europass-style — the same section logic, re-implemented in AtoZTools design and words — without claiming to be an official Europass document or using any Europass branding. The invoice tool requires an issuer name on every document and carries a misuse notice beside its download buttons, because a realistic invoice is easy to abuse and the tool must not help anyone impersonate a business. The letter tool excludes, by design, every template that would verify employment, income, residence or standing — experience letters, salary letters, no-objection letters, bank and address-proof letters — because a verification only means something when it comes from the organisation that holds the record. And the pay calculator ships no tax table at all: every rate in its result is one you typed from your own payslip or contract, so the estimate is only as accurate as your figures, and the page says so plainly rather than dressing a guess as a payslip figure. The practical habit this category rewards is checking before sending. Download the file, read it as the recipient would, check every date, name and number, and check that the printed page measures correctly with a ruler at 100% / Actual Size — “Fit to page” rescales the document and breaks the size you designed. A document that survives that check is one you can stand behind, which is the only kind worth sending.

Profit margin, markup, and break-even explained with the formulas, then worked in full — payment fees, platform fees, shipping, ad cost, and a discount included — so you can price for a target margin and find your break-even units. Includes the case where no break-even exists.
Readability improves through editing, not score-chasing: shorten the longest sentences, cut complex words where a plain one works, and use Flesch, Flesch–Kincaid and Fog scores as diagnostics — with a before/after passage scored by the published formulas.
Use the Invoice & Quotation Builder: a quotation states a price before the work, and an invoice requests payment after it. The tool labels them clearly and converts one to the other. Do not use the Net Salary Calculator for payment documents — it estimates personal take-home pay and is not a billing tool.
No. All four tools run in your browser. Drafts are saved only if you opt in, and then only in your own browser's local storage, under the key named on each tool page. Closing the tab without saving removes the work, so keep the downloaded file as your copy.
Because a built-in table would be wrong for many visitors — wrong year, region, filing status or allowances. The tool asks for the figures from your own payslip or contract instead, and shows exactly what it did with them. If you do not know a figure, check your documents rather than trusting a stranger's table.
