The sample URLs https://example.com/ and https://example.com/tools/ give a 2-URL sitemap with lastmod 2026-10-26 and changefreq weekly.
What this tool does not do / Limits
The output is plain generated XML. It does not check that the URLs exist, and it does not submit the sitemap to Google or any other search engine.
Frequently asked questions
Does this submit my sitemap to Google?
No. Save the XML as sitemap.xml on your site and submit it in Search Console yourself.
Can I leave lastmod blank?
Yes. It is optional and is left out of the output when blank.
