How to use this tool

Worked example

With the resume text 'Python and SQL developer' and job keywords python, sql and aws, 2 of the 3 keywords appear, so the match is 2 / 3 x 100 = 66.7%, and aws is missing.

What this tool does not do / Limits

This is a simple keyword-overlap heuristic on pasted text only. It is NOT a real ATS score and NOT a guarantee of passing any employer's system, which also weighs experience, qualifications and human judgement.

Does a high match mean I will get the job?

No. It only shows keyword overlap; hiring also depends on experience, interviews and fit for the role.

What should I do about missing keywords?

If you genuinely have the skill, describe it in your resume using that wording; do not claim skills you do not have.
