What this tool does not do / Limits
This tool tests the pointer attached to the device you are using right now, in this browser. It cannot test a different or remote mouse, and it cannot diagnose hardware faults.

Does this test a mouse I do not have here?
No. It only counts pointer events on the device you open this page on.
Why do movement events count slowly?
Repeated movement is grouped so the counter stays readable; clicks and scrolls are counted individually.
