Meeting Time Planner

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the meeting start time in your own zone as HH:MM.
  2. Enter the duration in minutes and the attendees offsets in hours, separated by commas.
  3. Press Generate to see each attendee local start and end time.

Worked example

A meeting starting at 14:00 in your zone, lasting 60 minutes, starts at 09:00 for an attendee 5 hours behind you, at 14:00 for one in your zone, and at 19:00 for one 5 hours ahead.

What this tool does not do / Limits

Offsets are fixed hour differences you enter yourself; this tool does not look up daylight saving changes, so check the offset for the actual meeting date before sending invites.

Frequently asked questions

What does an offset of -5 mean?

It means that attendee local time is 5 hours behind yours, so a 14:00 start for you is 09:00 for them.

Does this handle dates crossing midnight?

Times wrap past midnight within the day, but the date itself is not shown, so a time after midnight belongs to the next calendar day for that attendee.
