How to use this tool

Worked example
Columns Name, Age, City with rows Ada, 36, Leeds and Bo, 41, York produce a header row, a separator row of dashes, and the two data rows — the exact Markdown that renders as a table on GitHub and in most docs tools.
What this tool does not do / Limits
Values containing a comma must be typed without one, because commas separate cells in this tool's row input — for comma-heavy data, build the table in a spreadsheet and export it instead. Cell content is kept as plain text; Markdown formatting inside cells is preserved as typed, not previewed as rich text beyond the table itself.
Frequently asked questions
How do I set alignment?
Type left, center or right per column in the Alignment box, in column order. Missing entries default to left; the separator row uses :---, :---: or ---: accordingly.
What if a row has fewer values than columns?
Missing cells are filled empty, and extra values beyond the column count are dropped, so the table always stays rectangular.
