How to use this tool

Worked example
With an annual entitlement of 20 days, 6 months worked accrues 20 x 6 / 12 = 10.00 days, and after 2 days used the balance is 8.00 days.
What this tool does not do / Limits
This assumes leave accrues evenly through the year. Real policies may accrue monthly, round differently, cap carry-over or exclude probation periods, so check your employer's policy.

Does leave accrue evenly?
This tool assumes it does, which is common but not universal; some employers credit the full year upfront.
What if I used more than I accrued?
The balance goes negative, which usually means leave taken in advance under your employer's rules.
