JSON Table Explorer
Turn a JSON array into a searchable, sortable table you can filter and export.
Runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded — your input is processed on this device and discarded when you close the tab.
JSON Table Explorer
How to use this tool
- Paste a JSON array of objects — each object becomes one row, each key one column.
- Click Run to build the table, then type in Filter to narrow rows or name a column in Sort to order them.
- Copy takes the table text; Clear resets everything.
Worked example
The sample holds three products: Laptop at 899, Mouse at 25 and Keyboard at 79. Filtering for “key” leaves only the Keyboard row, and sorting by price orders the full table Mouse (25), Keyboard (79), Laptop (899).
What this tool does not do / Limits
This tool reads JSON arrays of objects (or a single object, shown as one row). Nested objects and arrays are shown as compact JSON text inside their cell, not expanded into sub-tables. Very large inputs (tens of thousands of rows) may render slowly in the browser.
Frequently asked questions
What if my objects have different keys?
Columns are the union of every key found, in first-seen order. Rows missing a key show an empty cell for that column.
Can I export the table?
Copy takes the visible table text, which pastes cleanly into a spreadsheet. For a full CSV conversion of nested data, use JSON to CSV Converter.
