iCloud Calendar ICS Viewer

This tool works only on calendar data you paste or upload here. It does not connect to, access or download from any iCloud account.

How to use this tool

  1. Paste calendar text or choose an .ics file. Nothing is uploaded.
  2. View. Events are shown in a table, earliest first, with title, start, end and location.
  3. Copy the list if you need it as plain text.

Worked example

The sample lists the dentist appointment (3 November) before the team meeting (2 November) in the file. The viewer shows them the other way round: the team meeting on 2026-11-02 09:00:00 UTC first, then the dentist appointment on 2026-11-03 14:00:00 UTC, because it sorts by start time.

What this tool does not do / Limits

Only the events in the file you provide are shown, and the tool never writes to your calendar. Times are shown as written in the file; a trailing Z means UTC and other timezones are not converted. Recurring events are shown as their single file entries, not expanded into occurrences.

Frequently asked questions

Why is an event missing its end time?

Because the file does not give one. Some exports only carry a start time, and the viewer shows a dash rather than guessing a duration.

Does viewing change my calendar?

No. Viewing only reads the text you provided.
