iCloud Calendar ICS Merger

This tool works only on calendar data you paste or upload here. It does not connect to, access or download from any iCloud account.

How to use this tool

  1. Paste or upload two calendars. Each file’s contents are loaded into its own text box; nothing is uploaded.
  2. Merge. All events from both calendars are combined, and events that appear in both (same UID, or same title and start time) are kept once.
  3. Copy the merged calendar and import it yourself into your calendar app.

Worked example

Calendar A in the sample has 1 event (team meeting, UID event-1) and calendar B has 2 events (the same team meeting plus a dentist appointment, UID event-2). The merged calendar has 2 events, with 1 duplicate dropped.

What this tool does not do / Limits

The merged file is a fresh calendar containing only the events from your two inputs: timezones, alarms and other calendar-level settings from the originals are not carried over. The tool never writes to your calendar; importing is a step you do yourself.

Frequently asked questions

What if the same event has different details in each calendar?

The first copy found (from calendar A first) is the one kept. The tool does not merge details from two versions of one event.

Can I merge more than two calendars?

Not in one pass. Merge two, copy the result, then merge that result with the third.
