What this tool does not do / Limits
This tool only lists src and href values in HTML you paste. It does not fetch, load or check any of those URLs, and it cannot tell whether a resource is actually used.

Does it load the external files?
No. It only reads the pasted HTML text and lists the URLs it finds.
What counts as external?
A URL with a host part, including protocol-relative URLs, as opposed to a relative path.
