How to use this tool

  1. Enter the number of topics you need to revise.
  2. Enter the days left and your study hours per day.
  3. Press Generate for topics per day, total study hours and hours per topic.

Worked example

For 20 topics, 10 days and 2 hours per day, the plan is 20 / 10 = 2 topics per day, with 10 x 2 = 20 total hours, so 20 / 20 = 1 hour per topic.

What this tool does not do / Limits

This tool divides topics evenly. It does not weigh hard topics more heavily, does not schedule rest days, and does not know your exam date or syllabus.

Frequently asked questions

What if topics do not divide evenly?

Topics per day is rounded up, so the last day may be lighter. Check the hours per topic to see whether the plan is realistic.

Should I revise every topic once only?

This planner counts one pass per topic. Add extra days yourself if you want a second pass or practice papers.
