CSV Viewer and Editor

How to use this tool

  1. Paste CSV data and press Load table to see it as a grid.
  2. Click any cell and type to edit it. Use Add row and Add column to grow the table.
  3. Use Load sample for two rows, then Export CSV to see the edited result.

Worked example

The sample name, age with rows Ana,30 and Bo,25 loads as a 3-row table (header plus 2 data rows). Editing Ana's age cell to 31 and pressing Export CSV gives name, age followed by Ana,31 and Bo,25. A cell containing a comma is quoted on export, so it stays one column.

What this tool does not do / Limits

The editor keeps data in memory on this page only; nothing is saved unless you export and save the file yourself. Sorting, filtering and formulas are not included. Cells are plain text — a cell that looks like a formula is kept as text and never run.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data saved anywhere?

No. It lives in the page while the tab is open. Export CSV and save the file yourself if you need to keep edits.

What happens to a comma I type in a cell?

On export the cell is wrapped in quotes, so the comma stays inside that one column.
