Contract Maker

Not legal advice: these are simple starting-point templates only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, and you should have any agreement that matters reviewed before you sign it.

How to use this tool

  1. Pick a template and fill in both parties, the key amount or detail, and the date.
  2. Add any extra terms in your own words, then press Generate.
  3. Copy or download the draft, read it fully, and get it reviewed before signing.

Worked example

For a Freelance Service Agreement with Party A Jane Smith, Party B Acme Ltd, amount USD 500 and date 2026-11-02, the draft opens 'This Service Agreement is made on 2026-11-02 between Jane Smith (Party A) and Acme Ltd (Party B)' and states the fee as USD 500, followed by the not-legal-advice notice.

What this tool does not do / Limits

These templates are deliberately simple: they do not cover tax, liability limits, governing law, dispute resolution, intellectual-property transfer details or jurisdiction-specific rules. A real agreement usually needs those clauses and a lawyer's review.

Frequently asked questions

Is a draft made here legally binding?

That depends on your jurisdiction and on how it is signed and performed, which this tool cannot decide. Treat every output as a draft for review, not a finished legal document.

Should I sign the downloaded text as-is?

No. Read it fully, correct anything that does not match your agreement, and have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before signing, especially for large amounts.
